26 Oct Tribune Media Company to Report Third Quarter 2017 Financial Results
October 26, 2017—Tribune Media Company (NYSE: TRCO) (the “Company”) announced today that it will report financial results for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2017 on November 8, 2017 after the market closes. Due to the Company’s previously announced transaction with Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Tribune Media will not conduct a conference call regarding its third quarter financial results.
Concurrent with Tribune Media’s earnings press release, the Company’s Third Quarter 2017 Form 10-Q will be accessible from the Investor Relations page of the Tribune Media website at www.tribunemedia.com.
