19 Jun FOX40 Sacramento’s Sabrina Rodriguez Wins Two Emmy Awards
FOX40 is pleased to announce that our own Sabrina Rodriguez won two Emmy Awards on June 14 in San Francisco. The National Association of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) recognized Sabrina’s anchoring in the category of On-Camera Talent-Anchor-News for her entry “A Year On The Big Red Couch.” She also brought home a second statue for her Video Journalist work in the category of Video Journalist-News Within 24 Hours for her entry “Storytelling Day Turns. ”
FOX40 journalists were well represented at the event with reporter Marin Austin receiving one nomination, reporter Ben Deci with two nominations, photo-journalist Darren McQuade with three nominations, reporter Sonseeahray Tonsall with one nomination, and anchor Sabrina Rodriguez with 4 nominations.
