26 Apr Tribune Media Company to Report First Quarter 2018 Financial Results
NEW YORK, April 26, 2018—Tribune Media Company (NYSE:TRCO) (the “Company”) announced it will report financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2018, before the market opens on Thursday, May 10, 2018. Due to the Company’s previously announced transaction with Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Tribune Media will not conduct a conference call regarding its first quarter financial results.
Concurrent with Tribune Media’s earnings press release, the Company’s First Quarter 2018 Form 10-Q will be accessible from the Investor Relations page of the Tribune Media website at www.tribunemedia.com.
