Tribune Media Company (OTC:TRBAA) announced it will report financial results for the three and six months ended June 29, 2014 at 8 a.m. ET on Tuesday, August 12, 2014. The consolidated financial statements along with management’s discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations will be available on the Company’s corporate website, www.tribunemedia.com, and on the Company’s IR mobile application. The Company will not conduct a conference call this quarter.
