17 Oct WGNO/ABC Nominated for 6 Emmy Awards
Including Best Photographer and Best Writer
October 17, 2017 – WGNO, Tribune Broadcasting’s ABC Television Network affiliate for the greater New Orleans area, is pleased to announce the station has been nominated for six Emmy Awards by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Suncoast Chapter.
WGNO’s Wild Bill Wood and photojournalist Justin Abshire were nominated for six Emmy awards this year, with Wild Bill honored with more Emmy nominations this year than any other individual in the chapter and Abshire the only photographer in the New Orleans market nominated for an Emmy
